- A legal obligation or compelling fairness concern supported by reliable documentation.
What to prepare offline
- The article URL, headline, and specific material you want reviewed.
- The outcome you are requesting and why it is proportionate.
- A concise timeline of relevant events and later developments.
- A list of primary records or documents that support the concern.
- Any immediate safety issue, with unnecessary personal details omitted.
- Proof of authority only if needed later—for example, to act for a rights holder—and only through secure intake.
